• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to provider policies

6. User Content

Travel involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your travels.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivoyage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mivoyage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation or arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
